• A licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania or New Jersey (or willingness to obtain).
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively.
• A passion for real estate and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Pleasant and trustworthy.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus.
